Facilitator/Assessor – Cape Town

Staff Training would like to enlist the services of a SETA Registered Facilitator and Assessor for various unit standards.

These include:

US ID 14338

Staff Training employs facilitators, moderators and assessors based on various aspects of work ethic and experience, including:

• A minimum of 10 years work experience

• They must be subject knowledge experts

• A strong human rights and responsibility ethic

• They are to be empathetic and people-orientated

• They are to believe in the improvement of human beings via encouragement and not criticism

• They need to have exceptional people skills

• They need to be open, honest and good communicators

• They need to keep themselves abreast of all developments in the training industry via research – be it on the internet, the media, studying of course material or any other method

• All trainers, assessors, and moderators must comply with the SETA/SAQA regulations
